SOIL Institute of Management was founded in 2008 as a result of a meeting between senior executives from various organizations and spiritual philosophers to tackle the most difficult task of altering the reality of the present for a better future. With the goal of developing leaders with character, competence, and enthusiasm, SOIL was co-created by 32 top enterprises and supported by 25 NGOs. If companies choose to operate in ways that are inspired, we think that they can promote social good, ecological balance, holistic growth, and positive international relations as part of their regular business operations. Future corporate leaders who will contribute to the triple bottom line of social well-being, ecological sustainability, and shareholder value will benefit from our learning methodology's ability to instill inspired thinking and, in turn, inspired actions.
